Here’s a reminder for ATV owners to keep your papers and your ATV in good shape.
An OPP officer stopped an ATV driver on Line 49 North of Rostock Sunday night.
The driver and his passenger didn’t have helmets on.
Police say the officer then found that the ATV was mechanically unfit and didn’t have insurance.
The driver, a 22-year-old Perth South man, is facing six charges including operating an unsafe vehicle, driving with no plates and driving without insurance.
