Generator stolen from Perth East shop

The Perth County OPP is investigating after a generator was stolen in Perth East. It went missing from in front of a shop Monday morning on Line 83.

Police say the owner had been running the generator throughout the night because of the power outage. He checked it at 5:00am but when he came to check it again at 8:00am it was gone.

The generator is a blue Miller Trailblazer which has been attached to a small trailer. Its estimated value is about $10,000.
