Two Stratford musicians are trading songs for a ride on the rails.
Barry James Payne and Glen Dias of Rant Maggie Rant are taking VIA’s The Canadian from Toronto to Vancouver. They’re heading to Nanaimo to perform with the band with the Vancouver Island Symphony on St. Patrick’s Day.
During the train trip they’re playing three shows a day for the other passengers. It’s part of the VIA Rail Artists on Board program.
