Swan Weekend is underway.
The annual event kicked off today with Swan Quest.
Twelve topiary swans have been set up in front of different downtown businesses.
You can get a ballot at any of the businesses and vote for your favourite swan, which will put your name into a draw for a $100 City Centre shopping spree.
