CBEAC asking people to join annual Stratford spring cleanup

It’s a springtime tradition in Stratford.

The Civic Beautification & Environmental Awareness Committee is inviting residents to join them for the 18th Thames River Clean Up. People are being asked to take 20 minutes to clean up around their homes or favourite area in the city.

On top of that there will be a cleanup next Saturday from 10:00am to noon at the Waldie Drain behind the House of Blessing. There will also be another clean up at the Roadhouse Drain between Giant Tiger and Shoppers Drug Mart at the same time the following Saturday.

Anyone who’d like to help clean up is welcome to show up and do so. If you have any questions you can call Bonnie Henderson at 519-271-4545 or email cbeacstratford@yahoo.ca.
