The 121st Boston Marathon is in the books. A number of locals took part in yesterday’s race.
Of that contingent the highest finisher was Stratford’s Tyler Natywary. He finished the marathon in just under three hours placing 1423rd overall in the field of 30,000. Bill Darling, also from Stratford, finished in 4:24.
Other locals that took part in the race include Andre Schwering of St. Marys who finished in 3:53, Luke Ehgoetz of New Hamburg who did it in 3:09, Pete Wilson from Listowel who finished in 4:02, Christine Ohlhausen from Wellesley who put up a time of 3:46, and Woodstock’s Madeline Wiseman who finished in 3:32.
