It may not look like spring out there today but we are well into the season.
With the large amount of snow that fell this winter flooding was a concern for the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority.
However Steve Sauder with the UTRCA says so far, so good:

The UTRCA is still warning people to keep away from the rivers and streams as the water is very cold and very dangerous.
