A special weather statement has been issued for Perth, Huron, Wellington and Oxford counties.
The forecast is calling for five to 10 centimetres of snow through this afternoon and into tomorrow.
Freezing drizzle is expected later tomorrow as the snow begins to taper off and temperatures rise, giving way to possible ice build-up on roads.
Drivers should be prepared for blowing snow and poor visibility overnight.
