The City of Stratford has called a public meeting in regards to sidewalks on Ballantyne Avenue.
Concerns were raised in December by a group of residents over the reconstruction of the street and a one-sidewalk policy.
Council agreed issues of accessibility were worth looking into it and engineering staff have been tasked with coming up with alternatives.
The two-sidewalk plan is set to be discussed at City Hall on Tuesday, January 16th from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
The street is set to see sewer and water improvements as well as changes to curb and gutters, with work slated for March.
