With the Ontario Election now over, we can expect more candidates to entering the race in the municipal election.
Nominations for the election set for October are being accepted until July 27th at 2 p.m.
So far, no one has thrown their hat into the ring to run for Mayor in Stratford,
Incumbent Mayor Dan Mathieson told My Stratford Now dot com last week that he has yet to make a decision about his political future.
The election takes place October 22nd.
