The verdict is in and Boris Panovski has been found guilty of first degree murder.
After a trial that lasted six weeks, the jury began their deliberations Thursday afternoon and returned their verdict Friday.
They found the 74-year-old guilty in the shooting death of Don Frigo and also convicted him of aggravated assault against Frigo’s wife Eve.
In September 2014, Frigo was killed as he was riding a horse at the Hullet Wildlife Area near Clinton.
Eve Frigo was wounded by another gunshot.
Panovski will learn his sentence on July 5th.
