London will begin to replace Joe Fontana today.
City Council must find an interim mayor to fill in until this fall’s municipal election.
Fontana resigned last Thursday after he was found guilty of fraud, breach of trust and uttering forged documents.
Joe Swan is the acting mayor for the time being.
London City Council meets tomorrow night where it is expected that they will choose the replacement.
