St.Marys Public Works crews continue to deal with icy conditions at the Emily Street underpass.
Officials say that last week crews confirmed that the sub-drains in the area were all operating correctly.
In order to collect the water pooling up, they say additional targeted surface drainage inlets will be installed in the coming weeks, weather permitting.
Until the work is done, crews will continue to apply de-icing material and crape ice build-up when possible.
