A stolen pickup truck smacked into a tree on Line 23.
The Perth County OPP was called out Saturday morning to the collision.
As police were making their way to the crash they came across a 22-year-old man walking down Highway 23 who matched the description of the driver.
He was arrested and it was quickly determined that the truck had been stolen from Arthur.
There was also a trailer attached to the truck which has not yet been recovered.
