A 17-year-old girl from West Perth has lost her license and her vehicle was impounded after police say she was caught driving nearly twice the posted speed limit.
Police say shortly before 7:30 a.m. last Friday, an officer saw a vehicle stunt driving while traveling eastbound on Perth Line 36 near Mitchell.
She was charged with racing, her driver’s license was suspended and a driving suspension was imposed.
Her vehicle was towed and impounded and she has a court date scheduled for April 9th in Stratford.
