A well-known event is back again for a seventh straight year in Stratford.
The seventh annual Canadian Dairy XPO takes place Wednesday and Thursday at the Stratford Rotary Complex with over 350 dairy companies from over thirty countries taking part.
The event features free breakfasts, presentations from global speakers and the latest innovations and robotics in the dairy industry.
Organizers say between 15 and 18 thousand people are expected to attend the two-day event.
Canadian Dairy XPO General Manager Jordan Underhill says education is a key component of what makes up the event.
“It’s become a high tech industry, it’s big business, and dairy producers are looking to improve their skill sets and improve animal husbandry, improve team management and all of those components that you would in any business.”
