Perth County OPP are reminding drivers to keep their focus on the road after two major collisions in West Perth on the same day.
First responders were first called out around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday to a two-vehicle collision in Mitchell at the intersection of Highway 23 and Frances Street.
Police say, a short time later, a tractor-trailer was attempting a southbound turn onto Road 162 from Line 36 when it went into the west ditch, rolling over.
The 59-year-old male driver suffered minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital as a precaution.
Heavy tow trucks came to the scene and pulled the tractor-trailer out of the ditch.
