The Executive Director of the United Way Perth-Huron is being recognized on a national level.
Ryan Erb has received the United Way’s highest national staff honour, the George Hart Award, for what officials say his extraordinary contribution to his community and the United Way Centraide at a national level.
UWCC, the national office of the UWC federation in Canada, awards the George Hart Award biannually to a UWC employee of extraordinary distinction on a local or national level.
Erb was nominated for the award by UWPH campaign chair Andrew Williams and it was presented at a national gathering of UWC leaders last Thursday in Toronto.
