Perth County OPP says two drivers are facing charges after both of their vehicles were pulled over at the same time in West Perth.
Police say it happened just before 1:30 Monday afternoon on Perth Line 20, when an officer observed two vehicles traveling together, one in front of the other, at a high rate of speed.
Both vehicles stopped when the officer pulled them over and police say the officer determined one of the drivers was suspended from driving, and cannabis was found near the driver.
One driver, a 20-year-old from Oshawa, has been charged with speeding while the other driver, a 25-year-old from Toronto, faces several charges including driving while under suspension, speeding and drive vehicle or boat with cannabis readily available.
