Ottawa is handing over $2 million to a local feed mill.
Officials announced on Friday that a $2 million investment is on the way for B-W Feed & Seed in New Hamburg from the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario.
It will be going towards a new facility the mill is planning to expand its operations with.
The mill is expecting to create ten new jobs and keep in place 28 existing positions.
They also say they plan to inject $20 million in additional supply chain purchases into the southwestern Ontario economy annually.
