A familiar face is the new Executive Director at Stratford/Perth Shelterlink.
Joanna Parker has been chosen for the position replacing interim Executive Director Martin Ritsma who volunteered in the role during the past eight months.
Parker spent nearly 18 years as the Program Director and Women’s Advocate at Emily Murphy Centre.
She starts in her new role on June 1st.
Stratford/Perth Shelterlink’s mission is to provide Perth County youth, ages 16-24, who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, with shelter, advocacy services and other basic needs.
