It’s the date a lot of local hockey fans have been waiting for.
The Stratford Warriors will open the 2021-22 regular season at home to the Listowel Cyclones on Friday, September 24th.
After 561 days since the last meaningful game was played, the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League announced it’s regular season schedule on Monday with each of its teams playing fifty games.
The Warriors first road game of the season is on Thursday, September 30th when they play in Caledon who replaces Brampton in the league.
The 2021-22 regular season will conclude on Sunday, March 13th with the playoffs scheduled to start on Wednesday, March 16th.
