Huron Perth Public Health data shows seven of the cases are in North Perth with the other three in Huron County.
The number of active cases in the region on Thursday is 33.
Stratford and District Christian School and Huron Christian School in Clinton remain in outbreak. There are three other active outbreaks in the region.
