Oxford County OPP says they aren’t collecting donations for a community bear program.
Police say they have received several questions lately from people asking them if they are collecting money for teddy bears.
The force says its members don’t ask for funds in person, or over the phone for any programs.
They also aren’t affiliated with any organization that does.
If you get a call like this you should contact the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
