Police are searching for witnesses to a fatal collision involving a golf cart near Thamesford.
A 35-year-old Lakeside man was charged after Oxford County OPP say he left the scene of the crash on Tuesday afternoon.
A 60-year-old woman who was driving the golf cart was transported to the hospital where she later died while two children suffered minor injuries.
Investigators are now asking the driver of a light-colored pick-up truck that was traveling on 15th Line between 11:45 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday to contact the police.
It’s believed that the driver or passengers may have witnessed something connected to the collision.
Anyone that may have video or any information that could assist with the investigation is also asked to contact the police.
