An 18-year-old from Morris-Turnberry faces two second degree murder charges.
First responders were called out to a home on Graham Road, near Brussels, last Wednesday afternoon where they found two bodies.
Both deaths were considered suspicious.
The deceased have now been identified as two Huron East residents, 69-year-old Beverly Stevenson and 65-year-old Darwin Ducharme.
The teen who faces charges is a family member and was arrested on Friday.
Jadin Ducharme is being held in custody and is scheduled to appear in court in Goderich on Wednesday.
