Downtown Stratford BIA introduces new inclusion policy

Education, diversity, and inclusion.

That’s the basis of a new policy that the Downtown Stratford Business Improvement Area has created and will present to city council at their meeting on Monday night.

Officials say Equity, Diversity Inclusion, and Anti-Racism are the principles guiding how they will build our teams, cultivate leaders, and create an organization that is the right fit for every person.

The BIA says they are asking council to use the policy as they see fit, and to encourage Stratford businesses to use it to build their programs upon.
