Another Car Free Friday taking place on Friday

It’s another Friday to leave the car at home.

The Downtown Stratford Business Improvement Area is inviting everyone to take part in their Car Free Friday event on Friday.

The idea behind the day is to encourage businesses owners and employees to keep their cars parked outside the downtown core, freeing up space for customers to be able to shop at the city’s downtown businesses

Festivities will be taking place at the Cooper Lot from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Participants are encouraged to cycle, roll, bus, or do another activity without their vehicle on their way to work.
