A COVID-19 outbreak at the Seaforth Community Hospital has been declared over.
It had been declared on the Inpatient Unit at the hospital on September 27th and Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance officials say precautions were implemented immediately.
The unit is now fully reopened.
Masks are required to be worn in clinicial areas at all HPHA hospital sites.
