Community Access Market To Open in Listowel and Milverton

The Local Community Food Centre is expanding one of its staple programs into Milverton and Listowel beginning this weekend.

The Community Access Market offers fresh produce and meats twice a week at a more affordable price point.

The low-cost market has had a big impact locally and the organization is looking to bring it to other communities in Perth County.

Partner organizations are helping to bring the mobile markets to Listowel’s Takes a Village on Main Street and Milverton’s Knollcrest Lodge on William Street.

The markets will run from 2:00pm to 5:00pm starting January 11th in Listowel and January 25th in Milverton.
