SCS Students prepare and serve innovative 4 or more course menus inspired by 37 years of the School’s most leading edge recipes, under the tutelage of Chef Instructors.

Dinner Labs for the public are an essential part of our Students’ experiential training, enabling them to gain real-world experience in a Professional Kitchen and in various Front of House positions.

-Charred Tandoori Shrimp Cocktail with Apple & Mango
-Butternut Squash Tortellini with Carrot Juice, Smoked Butter, Toasted Sunflower Seeds
-Roast Duck Breast Tagine & Israeli Couscous
-Passionfruit Panna Cotta with Mango Sorbet & Mango Wafers

Dinner Prix Fixe $50 per person includes coffee or tea.

Add Wine Pairings Package (15 oz) for $20 per person.

Prices do not include HST or Gratuity.

Strict health and safety measures have been implemented to keep guests safe and comfortable as per current Public Health regulations. We’ve reduced our maximum dine-in capacity to ensure guests are seated at appropriately distanced tables in our spacious and modern Dining Room.

Please note that all guests must wear a mask in our facility whenever they are not seated at their assigned table.
