VON Perth Huron Supporting Cool Aid Program

The Victorian Order of Nurses is promoting a simple program to help first responders out at the scene of an emergency.

VON Perth Huron says the Cool Aid Program is as simple as jotting down important parts of your medical history along with any other critical information such as allergies and putting it on your fridge.

It means if paramedics respond to a call at your home, the information will be easy to find, not to mention it could make a difference in a life or death situation.

The program is completely free and the organization checks in to make sure you’re keeping your information up to date.
