Stratford's mayor will be part of a ceremonial groundbreaking on Thursday at the new peopleCare long-term care facility on Vivian Line. It replaces the former Mornington Street LTC facility and will offer 288 beds.
The city said it is indeed a poop cleanup job, and staff must follow provincial guidelines, which specify certain chlorine levels for a certain amount of time for certain types of foulings.
