The Stratford-Perth YMCA offers memberships for people of all ages, backgrounds, beliefs and abilities. Flexible payment options, family discounts and our assisted membership program make belonging to the Y open to everyone.

Your YMCA membership is all inclusive, allowing you use of all these programs and services, with no additional hidden fees or contracts.

Fitness Centre

Recently expanded to better serve the growing needs of our community, our Fitness Centre includes new cardio equipment equipped with built in TV’s, new strength machines, free weights and increased space to increase your strength, cardiovascular health and flexibility.

Ages: 15+ (12-14 years on graduating from Teen Strength)

Fitness Classes

Our comprehensive range of Fitness Classes are available morning, afternoon and evening for all fitness levels and abilities and are included with your membership. Add variety to your workout regimen to help you reach your goals in a fun, encouraging atmosphere. Classes include: Cycle Fit, Body Blast, Group Power, Yoga, Zumba, Nia, AquaFit & Bounce, to name a few. Pool

Lengths, open swims, swimming lessons and AquaFit are all included with your membership free of charge. A weekly Pool Schedule is available at the membership service desk or at www.stratfordperthymca.com

mY Fit

Enjoy 3 complimentary orientations to get you started in the right direction. The mY Fit Program introduces new members to cardio and strength training equipment while teaching you the proper form and technique to feel confident in our Fitness Centre. Book an appointment with a personal trainer at the membership service desk to get started achieving your goals.

Court Sports

Your Y membership includes both racquetball and squash at no additional charge. Book courts over the phone or at the membership service desk.

Indoor Track

Above our gymnasium is an indoor track for people who enjoy either walking or running (12 laps equal 1 kilometre).
