Over $14.4 million in provincial funding is aimed at helping local municipalities with their infrastructure needs.
Perth-Wellington MPP Matthew Rae says the money is coming from the Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund which supports local infrastructure projects for communities with populations under 100,000, along with all rural and northern communities.
Funding allocations are based on a formula that factors in the different needs and economic conditions of communities.
