United Way Perth-Huron announces 2024/2025 campaign chairs

John Wolfe and Kristin Sainsbury are co-chairs of the United Way Perth-Huron’s 2024/25 annual fundraising campaign.

The local organization made the announcement Thursday morning.

Executive Director Ryan Erb says the Stratford residents are long-time supporters of the local United Way and well-respected for their work in the community.

“Pressing local issues like poverty, housing and mental health aren’t going away. We are looking forward to getting the campaign underway and, with Kristin and John’s help, building on the strength of our organization.”

In a media release, Sainsbury said: “We are seeing communities in flux with issues becoming bigger and more challenging.”

“It’s inspiring watching Ryan and his team create new programs and services to help the community,” added Wolfe.

United Way Perth-Huron kicks off their fundraising campaign each September through a number of community events held in Perth and Huron.
