Stratford News Warm temperatures and rain not expected to cause flooding SHARE ON: Patrick Grapes, staff Thursday, Jan. 9th, 2014 It’s a tale of two kinds of weather this week in Stratford. Forecasts for the weekend are calling for rain with the temperatures rising to as high as six degrees. However, the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority says flooding isn’t a concern. Eleanor Heagy is the Communication Specialist with the UTRCA.
