GOJHL: Anstis scores winner, Listowel edges London

Avry Anstis scored the winner in the third period, lifting Listowel Cyclones to a 3-2 win over London Nationals in Greater Ontario Junior B Hockey League action Wednesday night at the Western Fair Sports Centre.

The Cyclones jumped into third place, tied on 45 points with Stratford Warriors and the Nationals, in the eastern division standings.

Jordan Visneskie and Jack O’Donnell added singles for the Cyclones while Colton Henderson had two assists. Riley Arts stopped 28 shots in net for the win.

Anthony Tudino and Austin Pomerleau scored for the Nationals.

Listowel travel to Perth County rival St. Marys Lincolns on Friday.

Stratford host KW Siskins also Friday.

Both games start at 7:30 p.m.
