Two hospices are the beneficiaries of a fun night out in Mitchell.
Rotary Club of Mitchell’s Hearts for Hospice is all set for Valentine’s Day.
Rotarian Carolyn Deck said organizers always get great feedback, as it brings the community together for a great cause at Mitchell Arena.
“It’s a night of dancing and fun with friends. What better way to spend Valentine’s Day then to support a great cause and a vital service for our community?”
Local craft beer is available and Sideroad Reunion are set to perform. Auction prizes include signed hockey jerseys and cottage stays.
FM 96 DJ and Mitchell native Jim Kelly is set to host.
Though the event is semiformal, Deck said anything really goes for attire.
“It’s Valentine’s Day so it’s a chance to get dressed up, go out and have some fun.”
Funds raised go to Stratford Rotary Hospice and Huron Hospice.
