The provincial government has won a battle in the war over wind farms.
Reports say four families had filed appeals over turbine projects, including the St. Columban project near Seaforth and K-2 Wind near Goderich.
The families were looking to have legislation regarding approvals of big wind farms declared unconstitutional.
Those appeals were dismissed by the Divisional Court.
