Schweitzer, Alice

Passed away peacefully at Knollcrest Lodge in Milverton on Sunday, January 25, 2015 at the age of 93 years. Beloved wife of 38 years of the late Roy Schweitzer who predeceased her in 1981. Loving mother of Bruce & Elizabeth Schweitzer of Pine Lake, Gary & Judy Schweitzer of Honey Harbour, Brian Schweitzer of Millbank, Ross Schweitzer of Brussels, Diane Schweitzer of Newton and Beryl Schweitzer of Kitchener. Sadly missed by her 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Survived by sisters Mamie of Kitchener and Hilda of Milverton. Alice was predeceased by her parents James and Jane (Blair) Lamont and her great-grandson Dean Schweitzer.

Alice was a member of the Jehovah Witnesses, Listowel.

In keeping with Alice’s wishes cremation has taken place. A private family service will take place and interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Milverton at a later date. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the charity one’s choice.
