Bundscho, Jean

Bundscho, (Coxon) Jean Elizabeth (Registered Nurse)

Passed away on Tuesday February 17, 2015 at Stratford General Hospital, Stratford, ON.  She was residing at Spruce Lodge, Stratford and was formerly of Milverton.  She was born 93 years ago in Milverton and was the daughter of the late George & Sadie (Kerr) Coxon.

Beloved wife of the late Bill Bundscho who she was married to for 67 years and predeceased her September 30, 2011.  Loving mother of Joyce & husband Warren Fischer of Tavistock.  Sadly missed by her granddaughters Melani Fischer and Dustie & husband Jeff Allen.  Great Nana Jean to Matthew Fischer and Emerson & Paisley  Allen.  Remembered by her sisters-in-law Mary Coxon of Kitchener, Muriel Coxon of Gander, NL, Elaine Bundscho of Milverton, special friend Marie Erb and a number of nieces and nephews.  Jean was predeceased by her brothers William Coxon, Dr. Melvin & wife Janet Coxon, Orvel Coxon and the Bundscho brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Jean was a member of St. Paul’s United Church, Milverton  and was a life member of the Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Milverton Branch 565.  Jean worked at Knollcrest Lodge, Milverton for a number of years.  Jean and Bill enjoyed watching their horses race every Friday night and being with family.

A memorial service to celebrate Jean’s life will take place at a later time.  An announcement will be published at a later date prior to the service.  Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Milverton.  As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to St. Paul’s United Church or the Royal Canadian Legion, Milverton Branch 565.

Special thanks for the excellent care Mom received at Spruce Lodge.

She was a friend to many.
