HPHA welcomes new specialist

There’s a new doctor in town.

Catherine Barry is an Internal Medicine Specialist.

The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance announced the hiring late last week.

Dr. Barry spent some time at McGill in Montreal for her undergraduate then completed her Doctorate of Medicine at Memorial University in Newfoundland.

She’s spent the last several months working around Ontario.

HPHA Chief of Staff Dr. Laurel Moore says they’re pleased that Dr. Barry has decided to join the Alliance.

She adds that Dr. Barry’s arrival will improve patient care.
