A Stratford man has been charged after he was pulled over by the Huron County OPP.
Officers spotted a car making a U-turn on Black’s Point Road early Saturday morning. The driver was stopped for a sobriety check.
According to police the driver had alcohol on his breath and an open container in the car. He was arrested and failed two breath tests back at the station.
The 27-year-old was charged with “Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol”. He’s also lost his licence for 90 days and his car for seven.
