Lynn Walkom, 55, of RR1, Mitchell passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Sakura House, Woodstock on Tuesday, May 19, 2015.

Beloved wife of Brian Walkom. Dear mother of Tanya Diehl and Mike, Steve Walkom and Leanne, Danielle Walkom and Derek Schreuders. Loving grandmother of Cadence Lynn Diehl and Madeline Marie Walkom. Dear sister of Wayne Dempsey and Sharon, Darlene Elliott and Gene, Ron Dempsey and Grace. Dear sister-in-law of Bruce Walkom and Nancy. Also surviving are her nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Predeceased by her parents Charles and Kathleen Dempsey.

Lynn was a legal assistant with Monteith, Ritsma, Phillips.

Friends will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell on Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Nancy Knowles officiating. A reception will follow at the Lockhart Reception Centre. Interment in Fullarton Cemetery. Memorial donations to V.O.N.
