Joan Carter (Pogson) passed away at Hillside Manor, Stratford on July 9, 2015 in her 82nd year. Born in Stratford March 8, 1923, the eldest daughter of the late Ernie Pogson (1978) and May (Mansz) Pogson (1988). She is survived and will be missed by her sister Beverley and husband Fred Guy; niece Marilyn and husband Lawrence Walkom; nephews Murray Guy and wife Theresa, Maurice Guy and wife Karen; great nieces and nephews Kayla and husband Gaelan Minhinnick, Kurt Walkom, Tyler and Kelly Guy, Colby and Austin Guy. Friends and relatives may call at the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Tuesday, July 14, from 11 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:45 a.m. Interment at Woodstock Baptist Cemetery.
