Dorothy Margaret Greason (Near) passed away peacefully at Wildwood Care Centre, St. Marys, on December 15, 2015 in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Chester Austin Greason (2014), whom she married on May 27, 1944. Dear mother of Ron and Linda, Jim and Judy, Nancy and Ron Marriott and daughter-in-law Karen. Proud grandmother of Tracey, Cindy, Scott and Kari, Rob, Alissa and Mike Bartlett, Chet, Jason, Kaitlin and great-grandmother of Jackson, Rachel, Sasha, Kylie, Emma, Makenzie and Maggie. Also survived by sister-in-law Helen Near. Predeceased by her daughter Marlene, son Maurice, brothers Clayson, Harry, Frank, and daughter-in-law Dot. Visitation at the Andrew L. Hodges Funeral Home, 47 Wellington St. South, St. Marys (519-284-2820), on Thursday, Dec. 17, from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday, Dec. 18, at 11 a.m. Interment in St. Marys Cemetery.
