Ray Elton Dill, age 77, of Wartburg, ON passed away suddenly at his residence on Tuesday, December 29, 2015. He was born in Ellice Twp., son of the late Henry Dill and the former Irene Herborth. Loving husband of Jean (Dolmage) whom he was married to for 53 years. Loving father of Rosanne Parent, Kathy Wraith, Sharon Chaffe (Bill), Barb Woytowich (Adam), Wayne Dill (Cynthia). Dear grandfather of Brandon, Caitlyn, Tyler, Breanne, Analese, Lydia, and Zoe. Dear brother of Ed (Marion), Earl (Lou Anne), and sister-in-law Elaine Dill. Besides his parents, Ray was predeceased by a brother Donald Dill. He was a faithful and active member of 2nd St. John’s Lutheran Church, Wartburg. Friends and relatives may call at the W. G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron St., Stratford on Thursday, December 31 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. and at 2nd St. John’s Lutheran Church, Wartburg on Saturday, January 2 from 1 p.m. until time of funeral service at 3 p.m. Rev. William Kramer will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
