Annie Verhoeve of Mitchell passed away peacefully at the Ritz Lutheran Villa, Mitchell on Saturday, March 15, 2014 in her 84th year.

Beloved wife of Gene Verhoeve.  Dear mother of Linda and David Rolph, Bill and Susan Verhoeve, John Verhoeve, Robert and Shirley Verhoeve, Kathy and Don Marriott, Diane and Steve Ritz and Stephen and Carla Verhoeve. Dear mother-in-law of Anne Verhoeve. Loving grandmother of 20 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Predeceased by her parents Johannes and Philomena Leenaars and son Andy Verhoeve.

Visitation at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 from 6-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Mitchell on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Clare Coleman – celebrant. Spring interment in St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery, Mitchell. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Association would be appreciated. Parish prayers will be offered at the funeral home on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.  Online condolences at www.LockhartFuneralHome.com.
