Kuepfer, Alfred

Alfred Kuepfer – passed away peacefully at his residence in Maples Nursing Home for Seniors, Tavistock on Tuesday February 9, 2016 at the age of 93.

Beloved husband of Laura Kipfer with whom he celebrated 70 years of marriage. Loving father of Lloyd and Barb Kipfer, Doreen and Don Roth. Cherished grandpa of Brent and Sarah, Bryan and Anita, Bryce and Anjana, Brad and Kelly, Lori and Travis, Dennis and Yvonne and great grandpa of 15. Dear brother of Dora Roth and brother-in-law of Esther and Ralph Kropf. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by his parents Ephraim and Lydia Kipfer, his sister Marion and Edward Lebold, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Michael Roth, Emma and husbands Raymond Gerber and Amos Steckly, Alvin and Marie Roes, David and Mildred Roes.
Visitation will be held at Poole Mennonite Church, 6475 Perth Rd 121, on Thursday February 11 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Friday February 12 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow in the adjoining church cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to Son Light Missions or Mennonite Central Committee – Syrian Refugee Response would be appreciated.
